a. Resolution 01-13
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 01-13
designating Robert Kagel, Deputy Director for Emergency Management, as the Applicant Agent
for and in behalf of Chester County for all required forms for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
or the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Program.
b. Resolution 02-13
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached
approving the issuance of a tax exempt note in the amount of $3,000,000 by the Chester County
Industrial Development Authority on behalf of the Phelps School.
