- New tenant proposes to re-finish the facades of the Coconut Point corner unit, add copper clad canopies and an illuminated metal wall sculpture spanning the two facades for a retail store.

- Applicant proposes to install one double-faced ground sign at the southwest corner of US 41 and Galloway Ford Drive

- Applicant is proposing to construct 8,689 square feet of commercial multi-tenant development with a drive thru on 4.65+- acres of vacant land designated as Tract C-2 of the proposed subdivision.

- The Design Review Board reviewed the Pattern Book at the December 13 meeting.  The Pattern Book was conceptually approved with conditions at that time.  The applicant is returning to the Board with revisions based on the Board's comments and staff's review
